主要職責(zé) Main Responsitilities 
1. 監(jiān)督采購團(tuán)隊(duì)。在必要時(shí)給與采購跟單適當(dāng)?shù)墓ぷ魈嵝?。Supervising the merchandising team. Give appropriate work remind to the merchandisers when needed. 
2. 訂貨會(huì)樣板的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估，樣板細(xì)節(jié)確認(rèn)，制作訂單匯總，并跟進(jìn)樣板開發(fā)的鞏固工作。Order taking sample risk evaluation, consolidate samples after order taking, confirm sample’s details information with design dept.& sales dept. Make order summary. 
3．檢查采購跟單的驗(yàn)貨報(bào)告。Check merchandisers’ inspection report. 
4．審批合同及出差申請(qǐng)。Check and approve contract and merchandisers’ business trip application. 
5．對(duì)PO的定金及其他付款申請(qǐng)進(jìn)行審核。 PO down payment and payment checking. 
6．每周跟進(jìn)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度表。Follow PSR weekly. 
7. 工廠審計(jì)。Factory audit. 
8. 對(duì)可接受范圍之外的次品判定。Unacceptable defect good judgement. 
9. 安排質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢測(cè)。Lab test arrangement. 
10. 確保與部門之間的協(xié)作能夠有效率的進(jìn)行。Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments. 


職位要求 Position Requirements 
1.?？埔陨蠈W(xué)歷，紡織技術(shù)為佳。Diploma holder or above. Major in Textiles Technology is a plus. 
2、5年以上梭織紡織品開發(fā)、采購工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。并具有一定的次品判定知識(shí)。5 years or above working experience in fabric development, sourcing and merchandising for woven garments. Knowedge of defective goods. 
3. 有一定的英文說、寫溝通能力 Ability to communicate in English in both written and oral 
的普通話聽、寫說能力 Exellent Mandarin listerning, writing and speaking. 
4.具備一定的電腦軟件技能，如MS Office，特別是Excel、PC software skill, MS office skill required, particularly Excel、Typing skill、ERP system knowledge
