Main responsibilities/主要職責(zé)和工作內(nèi)容：

　　1. 作為在AAG和龍生之間的溝通橋梁，來負(fù)責(zé)收集客戶對(duì)公司產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)等方面的意見建議，努力降低因投訴產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響，持續(xù)改善公司外部形象；

　　2. 負(fù)責(zé)本部門所有訂單的跟單管理，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決異常環(huán)節(jié)；

　　3. 負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督和檢查跟單員日常工作，并解決跟單員執(zhí)行過程中的難點(diǎn)問題；

　　4. 督促面/輔料開發(fā)和大貨進(jìn)度以及樣衣批復(fù)進(jìn)度，對(duì)大貨生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度以及生產(chǎn)中發(fā)生的情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和處理，保證訂單順利保質(zhì)保量按時(shí)出貨；

　　5. 負(fù)責(zé)由材料清單到物料需求計(jì)劃的進(jìn)度，確保和位置材料清單的準(zhǔn)確性

　　6. 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)客戶的交期要求，和PPC部協(xié)商，制定生產(chǎn)與出貨計(jì)劃；

　　7. 監(jiān)督和控制本部門的預(yù)算和成本；

　　8. 根據(jù)不斷變化的業(yè)務(wù)需要來招聘，培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展業(yè)務(wù)員隊(duì)伍

　　9. 構(gòu)建在客人和產(chǎn)品基礎(chǔ)上，賦予業(yè)務(wù)員更多責(zé)任的業(yè)務(wù)員隊(duì)伍

　　10. 不斷審視業(yè)務(wù)并根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要調(diào)整業(yè)務(wù)員隊(duì)伍的組織結(jié)構(gòu)

　　11. 審視現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)流程和程序，為AAG銷售隊(duì)伍和龍生業(yè)務(wù)隊(duì)伍之間提供清晰和透明性

　　12. 發(fā)展和改善流程來精簡和改進(jìn)關(guān)鍵途徑和重大事件交期以便更好地遵守商業(yè)規(guī)則

　　13. 溝通和加強(qiáng)商業(yè)規(guī)則

　　14. 公司委派的其他任務(wù)。

　　1. Serve as the communication bridge between AAG and Longson， to collect customers’ feedback about products and services， to reduce negative effects of customers’ complaints and to continuously improve the image of the company；

　　2. In charge of order management and able to identify and address problems on a timely manner

　　3. Check and supervise merchandisers’ daily work and help them to resolve difficult issues with order ution

　　4. Urge fabric/trim developing/ production progress and sample garments approval process； supervise and handle bulk production process to ensure orders with right quantity and quality are shipped on time

　　5. In charge of the progress from Bill Of Material to Material Requirement Planning and ensure/ maintain BOM accuracy

　　6. Coordinate with PPC Department to make production and deliver plans based on customer’s requirements.

　　7. Supervise and control departmental budget and cost

　　8. Recruit， train and develop a merchandising team inline with the changing business needs

　　9. Structure a merchandising team with senior merchandising responsibility by customer/product so to delegate responsibility to a senior merchandiser.

　　10. Continually review the business needs and adjust the organizational structure of the merchandising team according to the business needs.

　　11. Review the current processes and procedures to provide clarity and transparency between AAG commercial and Longson merchandising teams.

　　12. Develop and refine processes to streamline and improve critical paths and milestone lead-times for stronger adherence to business rules.

　　13. Communicate and enforce business rules.

　　14. Other tasks assigned by the company.

　　Requirements/任職資格：

　　1. 30-45歲，本科以上學(xué)歷，英語、國際貿(mào)易、紡織、服裝及相關(guān)；

　　2. 英文聽說讀寫能力較佳，精通服裝、外貿(mào)英語；

　　3. 十年以上服裝跟單、面輔料采購、生產(chǎn)管理及其相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟練掌握服裝面輔料、工藝制作等知識(shí)；

　　4. 具備良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、溝通能力、執(zhí)行能力、分析問題和解決問題的能力。

　　1. 30-45 years old， bachelor degree and above， major in English， international trade， textile engineering and garment

　　2. Proficiency in written and spoken English， especially in apparel and international trade

　　3. More than 10 years experiences in large garment manufacturing plant of merchandiser， purchasing， production management. Master the knowledge of fabric，trim and garment engineering

　　4. Good Leadership and organizational coordination abilities， communication skills， ution capacity， and capabilities to analyze & solve problems
