The Recruitment Manager is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting throughout the Longson factories (Ningbo, Jiangxi) . This will be achieved through the development of local and remote cities recruiting plans, college relations activities and employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
招聘經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)龍升制衣(寧波、江西工廠)整體招聘計(jì)劃的實(shí)施。制定本地及異地人才吸引計(jì)劃,并通過校企合作等招聘戰(zhàn)略和資源實(shí)現(xiàn)整體招聘目標(biāo),優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)招聘渠道的同時(shí),積極拓展新的招聘模式。
Main responsibilities:
1. Manages and coordinates full recruitment process for Longson Ningbo and Jiangxi factories,provide functional leadership in setting up and developing consistent guidelines, aligned policies and streamlined procedures for sourcing and recruitment.
2. Develop effective communication channels to interact with line managers to ensure they are up-to-date on recruiting activities/process.
3. Take the lead and drive for the continuous improvement in recruitment process.
4. Manage recruitment channels and evaluate the performance of search firms & all recruitment suppliers.
5. Work with dept. head to predict, identify staffing needs and determine appropriate hiring strategies to meet the business needs and growth demand.
6. Take full control & implementation of recruitment chain from search, ion and offer for senior positions.
7. Plan, design and implement the campus recruitment project.
8. Participate or lead other recruiting or HR projects as needed
9. Other work assigned by Company.

4.管理招聘渠道,評(píng)估所有招聘供應(yīng)商的績(jī)效。
5.與部門負(fù)責(zé)人一起預(yù)測(cè)、確定招聘需求,并建議合適的招聘策略,以滿足業(yè)務(wù)需求和增長(zhǎng)需求。
6.全面負(fù)責(zé)職位的搜尋、選拔和錄用。
7.規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施校園招聘項(xiàng)目。
8.根據(jù)需要參與或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)其他招聘或人力資源項(xiàng)目
9、公司交辦的其他工作。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree. Major in Human Resources is preferred.;
2. Overall HR experience of 8 years with at least 5 years experience in recruitment;
3. Experience in MNC manufacturer;
4. Excellent communication skills in English.

二、福利待遇
1、工資結(jié)構(gòu):計(jì)件工資+加班工資+崗位津貼+其它補(bǔ)貼;
2、繳納五險(xiǎn)(養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療、工傷、失業(yè)、生育);
3、免費(fèi)提供住宿(有空調(diào)),外宿者提供每月200元補(bǔ)貼,夫妻雙職工外宿提供每人每月250元的補(bǔ)貼。
