職位描述
任職資格：
1. 三年以上服裝技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，技術(shù)全面，精通服裝版型、制作過(guò)程、成本結(jié)構(gòu)、工藝流程和操作規(guī)范，面輔料性能及品質(zhì)管理；
2. 熟悉紡織行業(yè)相關(guān)執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、號(hào)型、標(biāo)識(shí)、洗滌要求及相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
3. 能熟練運(yùn)用制圖軟件，會(huì)畫(huà)工藝圖，對(duì)服裝術(shù)語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作及表達(dá)能力較強(qiáng)；
4. 誠(chéng)信、工作細(xì)心，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，良好的表達(dá)溝通能力。
崗位職責(zé)：
1. 對(duì)新開(kāi)發(fā)款式在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程和品質(zhì)（包括服裝的結(jié)構(gòu)、版型、工藝、整燙、面輔料等）可能會(huì)發(fā)生的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行預(yù)見(jiàn)并予以提出合理的解決方案；
2. 負(fù)責(zé)服裝工藝單制作，內(nèi)容準(zhǔn)確、合理性，并進(jìn)行技術(shù)指導(dǎo)與培訓(xùn)，制定相關(guān)技術(shù)工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
