工作要求:
Program Objective:
The objective of Assistant Store Manager in Training(ASMT) program is to prepare and grow talents for future ASMs of C&A China. The program will identify potential candidates and provide them with professional skills and knowledge necessary for assuming ASM role. The candidates will be assessed after one year's training and those who have excellent performance will be promoted to be ASM.
Target Candidate Profile
? Education: Bachelor or above
? Experience: 3-5 experience in retail related industry with minimum 2 years in managerial role.
? Language: English fluent both in written and oral
? Mobility: High mobility to any cities in China within the first 3 years with C&A as ASM/SM
Program Duration: 1 year
Program Coverage: Shanghai, Beijing, Other cities with existing stores
Program Framework:
Stage 1: Overall Operation Process Orientation (3 months)
One month as sales staff working in 4 different divisions and two month rotation in functional positions
1?as Admin Assistant
2?as Cash Management Coordinator
3?as Stock Management Coordinator
4?as Visual Merchandise Assistant
Stage 2: Store Basic Management Coaching (3 months)
By taking role of Duty Manager, learn to take full responsibility of visual merchandising, staff roster, cost management, HR management, P&L of the store and work independently.
Stage 3: Simulation on Store Manager Role (6 months)
By taking a senior management role in store to be responsible for the well & optimal commercial and operational functioning of the store based on C&A guidelines.
Evaluation & Promotion
- Evaluation will be done monthly to keep all parties well understand the training status.
- Candidates are supposed to be promoted to ASM after the final interview by HRD, Area Manager and Director of Stores.
