主要職責：

1．作為公司與供應商之間重要的溝通橋梁，負責產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)，開發(fā)與運輸。Important communication link between vendors, factories and various other parties to support the development, production and shipment of product. 

2. 維護有關(guān)供應商的生產(chǎn)量及生產(chǎn)能力的關(guān)鍵文件和信息，并確保產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)能按時完成。 Maintains key information and documentation on supplier capacity and capabilities, and lead time to support effective allocation decisions 

3. 系統(tǒng)地審視生產(chǎn)狀況，WIP，解決有可能在生產(chǎn)和開發(fā)階段發(fā)生的各種問題。及時溝通及協(xié)調(diào)以確保產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和交貨期。Systematically monitor the production status, WIP, and able to resolve issues that may occur in the production and development stage. Coordinates a timely resolution of production issues in order to reach quality and delivery objectives. 

4. 基本了解ERP系統(tǒng)。及時更新及維護系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)。發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在問題并能夠為管理者做出恰當?shù)慕ㄗh。Have basic concept regarding ERP system, maintain and update system data at a timely manner, identifies potential problems and able to make appropriate recommendations to the management. 

5. 了解并維護/加強公司的品牌形象。能夠幫助新供應商理解夢特嬌的品牌文化和質(zhì)量標準。Understand and maintain/improve the brand image. Able to communicate with and to educate new vendors to understand Montagut’s system and standard. 

6. 維護并維持公司內(nèi)部各部門之間的良好的協(xié)作關(guān)系。Maintain collaborative relationships and communications with all internal departments and branch offices. 

7. 每日與供應商溝通。Day-to-day communicating with vendors and suppliers 

8. 每天及時匯報上級工作進度及每日發(fā)生的問題。Day-to-day report to superior regarding the working progress and daily issues 





主要要求： 

1、 大專以上學歷，服裝紡織類相關(guān) College degree or above, major in clothing technology or manufacturing

2、 2-5年相關(guān)同等職位工作經(jīng)驗 2-5 years of working experience in related field

3、 國語：的聽、說、寫能力;英語：良好的聽、說、寫能力 Mandarin: Excellent listening, speaking and writing skill ; English: Good listening, speaking and writing skill 

4、 熟悉電腦office操作軟件; 熟悉系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的使用和管理系統(tǒng) Good IT-/ERP-skills including Excel and Word；Comfortable with learning and using internal Product Data Management systems 

5、 的溝通表達 Good communication skills 

6、 系統(tǒng)、有組織的工作方式 Systematical and well organized working style 

7、 自我激勵、誠實和有責任心 Self motivation, integrity & take ownership

8、 的計劃能力 Good planing ability 

9 、 的抗壓能力 Be able to work under pressure
