Main responsibilities/主要職責和工作內(nèi)容:
1. 作為在AAG和龍生之間的溝通橋梁,來負責收集客戶對公司產(chǎn)品、服務等方面的意見建議,努力降低因投訴產(chǎn)生的負面影響,持續(xù)改善公司外部形象;
2. 負責本部門所有訂單的跟單管理,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決異常環(huán)節(jié);
3. 負責監(jiān)督和檢查跟單員日常工作,并解決跟單員執(zhí)行過程中的難點問題;
4. 督促面/輔料開發(fā)和大貨進度以及樣衣批復進度,對大貨生產(chǎn)進度以及生產(chǎn)中發(fā)生的情況進行監(jiān)督和處理,保證訂單順利保質保量按時出貨;
5. 負責由材料清單到物料需求計劃的進度,確保和位置材料清單的準確性
6. 負責根據(jù)客戶的交期要求,和PPC部協(xié)商,制定生產(chǎn)與出貨計劃;
7. 監(jiān)督和控制本部門的預算和成本;
8. 根據(jù)不斷變化的業(yè)務需要來招聘,培訓和發(fā)展業(yè)務員隊伍
9. 構建在客人和產(chǎn)品基礎上,賦予業(yè)務員更多責任的業(yè)務員隊伍
10. 不斷審視業(yè)務并根據(jù)業(yè)務需要調(diào)整業(yè)務員隊伍的組織結構
11. 審視現(xiàn)有業(yè)務流程和程序,為AAG銷售隊伍和龍生業(yè)務隊伍之間提供清晰和透明性
12. 發(fā)展和改善流程來精簡和改進關鍵途徑和重大事件交期以便更好地遵守商業(yè)規(guī)則
13. 溝通和加強商業(yè)規(guī)則
14. 公司委派的其他任務。
1. Serve as the communication bridge between AAG and Longson, to collect customers’ feedback about products and services, to reduce negative effects of customers’ complaints and to continuously improve the image of the company;
2. In charge of order management and able to identify and address problems on a timely manner
3. Check and supervise merchandisers’ daily work and help them to resolve difficult issues with order ution
4. Urge fabric/trim developing/ production progress and sample garments approval process; supervise and handle bulk production process to ensure orders with right quantity and quality are shipped on time
5. In charge of the progress from Bill Of Material to Material Requirement Planning and ensure/ maintain BOM accuracy
6. Coordinate with PPC Department to make production and deliver plans based on customer’s requirements.
7. Supervise and control departmental budget and cost
8. Recruit, train and develop a merchandising team inline with the changing business needs
9. Structure a merchandising team with senior merchandising responsibility by customer/product so to delegate responsibility to a senior merchandiser.
10. Continually review the business needs and adjust the organizational structure of the merchandising team according to the business needs.
11. Review the current processes and procedures to provide clarity and transparency between AAG commercial and Longson merchandising teams.
12. Develop and refine processes to streamline and improve critical paths and milestone lead-times for stronger adherence to business rules.
13. Communicate and enforce business rules.
14. Other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements/任職資格:
1. 30-45歲,本科以上學歷,英語、國際貿(mào)易、紡織、服裝及相關;
2. 英文聽說讀寫能力優(yōu),精通服裝、外貿(mào)英語;
3. 十年以上服裝跟單、面輔料采購、生產(chǎn)管理及其相關工作經(jīng)驗,熟練掌握服裝面輔料、工藝制作等知識;
4. 具備良好的領導和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、溝通能力、執(zhí)行能力、分析問題和解決問題的能力。
1. 30-45 years old, bachelor degree and above, major in English, international trade, textile engineering and garment
2. Proficiency in written and spoken English, especially in apparel and international trade
3. More than 10 years experiences in large garment manufacturing plant of merchandiser, purchasing, production management. Master the knowledge of fabric,trim and garment engineering
4. Good Leadership and organizational coordination abilities, communication skills, ution capacity, and capabilities to analyze & solve problems

二、福利待遇
1、工資結構:計件工資+加班工資+崗位津貼+其它補貼;

3、免費提供住宿(有空調(diào)),外宿者提供每月200元補貼,夫妻雙職工外宿提供每人每月250元的補貼。
